Jelly Roll

Ingredients:
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 C Mayo
1 med. onion-chopped fine
1 clove garlic-chopped fine
1/2 t. Tabasco

1 C. Jalapeno strawberry preserves or chipotle jelly
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients Press into a lightly sprayed mold and chill overnight. Mix preserves & serve with crackers.
